5. Card Payments
   According to the requirements of the national and international payment card organizations and the General Terms for servicing payments with bank cards on UniCredit Bulbank’s POS terminal devices, in case of order cancellation for goods or services paid by bank card, the merchant shall refund the amount only via a credit operation to the same card used for the original payment.

6. Reservation and Order Cancellation Privacy
   
   Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
   
   Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee or deposit retention.
   
   For online orders, cancellations are accepted within 10 minutes after placing the order. After that time, preparation may begin and cancellation may not be possible.
   
   No-shows without prior cancellation may result in refusal of future reservations.

7. Privacy and Personal Data Protection
   The website operator is committed to protecting users' personal data. We collect and use your data solely for order processing, communication, and enhancing your user experience. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. By using this website, you agree to our privacy policy.

12. Payment disputes
    
    If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us immediately within 7 calendar days of the payment date.
    
    We will review each dispute on a case-by-case basis and may request proof of the transaction (e.g., receipt, bank statement).
    
    Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
    
    Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in suspension of your account or refusal of future orders/reservations.
